As a Senior Designer at CP, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of digital branding and development projects. You will work closely with a talented team of designers, developers, and strategists to create visually stunning and effective digital experiences. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on design work, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for digital projects, including websites, mobile applications, and branding initiatives.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into innovative design solutions.

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all projects.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.

SENIOR DESIGNER, NYC

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.

  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.

  • Experience with video editing and post-production processes.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

  • A passion for motion design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
